Cancellations
If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to the appointment. Although exceptions can be made, note that if you have to cancel the day of the appointment there will be a 50% charge of the service added to your next appointment. This allows the stylist to book in the time accordingly and not lose out on a service with another client. Thank you for understanding.
If you have symptoms of Covid or you have been exposed, no cancellation fees will apply
Refund
If you are unhappy with your look (after your service) or your retail purchase, please contact us no more than 14 days after the appointment or when you bought the product to book a complimentary correction or to return your product.
New 2021 Sanitation Policies
(Subject to Change or Be Lifted)
-You must wear a 😷 mask and highly encourage you to wear one that you have from home. We do have limited amounts of mask, if you need one.
-Upon entering we will take your temperature and ask if you have had symptoms of Covid, been exposed to someone that had it, and if you have been anywhere there has been more than 25 people without a mask on (like a Bar, Church or a Family Gathering). If you answer yes to any of these questions or your temperature is over 100.4, I will have to reschedule you 14 days out
-We will be disinfecting all tools, cutting and shampoo chairs when a clients leaves using a hospital grade sanitizer and disinfectant.
-We will have a air purifier.
-Because of sanitation taking our services longer (having to disinfect), we will have options when it comes to blowdrying.....
Basic Blowdry (Quickly smoothed)
A Complimentary Quinoa Treatment (Strengthening and Conditioning) (to be left in for a few hours (I will put you under a heat source so your not dripping wet and then braid it back) to be rinsed out at home and follow with conditioner)
A Blowout (I will need to know 72 hours before your appointment in advance so I can add a extra 30 mins to your appointment. I will not charge you for a full blowout but will need to accommodate my time. It will be a extra $35;)
-There will be no waiting area, so please wait in your car and your stylist will call you when they are done disinfecting.
-Please limit the amount of belongings you bring in. Like a small purse or bag.
-Only you can come to the appointment. Please no accompanying friends or family. (unless they are receiving a service).
